Accessibility statement


CRONIMET CREMETAL GmbH places great importance on designing its websites in accordance with the German Accessibility Enhancement Act (BFSG), ensuring they are easily accessible to everyone.
 

Our current accessibility measures

We have already taken several steps to improve the accessibility of our websites, including:
 

  • Enhanced contrast settings and clearer highlighting of links in the main navigation menu
  • Option to adjust font size in the main navigation menu
  • Full keyboard operability of the site (Tab navigation)
  • Use of buttons instead of text-only links wherever possible
  • Enlarged button and link areas
  • No automatically changing sliders or fast image sequences
  • No flashing or blinking content
  • Optimised, mobile-friendly display on all standard devices
  • Compatibility with all common browsers

Current status


Our website is currently at least partially compliant with legal accessibility requirements, and fully so for essential content (company information, contact details).
The following points are not yet fully implemented:

  • Some linked PDF documents do not yet contain all necessary structural information. We will replace them gradually.
  • Occasionally links without descriptive link text may occur, which we will add in future updates.
  • External links or documents outside our websites may lead to non-accessible content.
  • Images and graphics without meaningful content sometimes still lack alternative text

Older content created before the BFSG came into effect may not be fully accessible. Retrofitting is not economically viable and not essential for using our services. In such cases, we are happy to explain the content to you individually by phone or e-mail. New content is of course created according to current accessibility standards.
